Virtual SLP in TX

A contracted role is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and school-based therapy, serving an elementary school setting. Based in Castroville, TX, this position offers the opportunity to manage an engaging caseload with a focus on early intervention and student communication development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech therapy services to an elementary school caseload, currently supporting 95 students in collaboration with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Supervising and mentoring the SLPA to ensure high-quality therapy delivery
• Preparing for and actively participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to advocate for student needs and progress
• Utilizing teletherapy techniques as appropriate to extend services and support student engagement

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Active Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Previous experience working within Texas school systems, with direct involvement in ARD meeting preparation and participation
• Strong skills in telespeech and teletherapy platforms for delivering remote services
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or required to ensure adherence to professional standards
