Telehealth School-Based Speech Therapy | Georgia
Two full-time virtual speech-language pathologists (SLPs) are sought to support educational services for a school district in Columbus, GA. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek, limited to 7.5 hours per day aligning with school hours.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, preparing required documentation such as Review and Data Reports (RDRs) and IEP documents, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Providing direct therapy services is a core duty, alongside potential supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid Georgia Educator license
- Prior experience supervising SLPAs considered highly favorable
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of documentation and maximize direct therapy services
- Ability to submit daily logs promptly each week, as required for timesheet approval
