Telehealth Speech Therapy in MA

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) with a 35-hour workweek serving a PK-2 caseload in an elementary school setting in Fitchburg, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services across the full scope of SLP duties.
• Collaborate with a team including three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and one part-time SLP-CCC.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation aligned with IEP guidelines.
• Adapt to evolving caseload needs and support virtual service delivery as required.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience working in Massachusetts schools.
• Extensive virtual clinical experience with the ability to independently manage a telepractice caseload.
• Strong understanding of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teamwork and scheduling.
• Exceptional documentation skills with a commitment to compliance and accuracy.

This role requires a motivated professional comfortable managing virtual services and collaborating in a dynamic educational environment. The position is contracted for the current school year and is ideal for an SLP looking to contribute to early childhood education in a supportive setting.
