Telehealth Speech Therapy in MA
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) with a 35-hour workweek serving a PK-2 caseload in an elementary school setting in Fitchburg, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services across the full scope of SLP duties.
- Collaborate with a team including three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and one part-time SLP-CCC.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation aligned with IEP guidelines.
- Adapt to evolving caseload needs and support virtual service delivery as required.
Qualifications:
- Certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in Massachusetts schools.
- Extensive virtual clinical experience with the ability to independently manage a telepractice caseload.
- Strong understanding of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teamwork and scheduling.
- Exceptional documentation skills with a commitment to compliance and accuracy.
This role requires a motivated professional comfortable managing virtual services and collaborating in a dynamic educational environment. The position is contracted for the current school year and is ideal for an SLP looking to contribute to early childhood education in a supportive setting.
