A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy within elementary and intermediate school settings. This role involves delivering targeted speech and language services to students in a virtual format, with caseloads averaging between 50 and 60 children. The position is based in Many, LA, supporting an elementary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
- Coordinate with the on-site facilitator to manage student transitions to and from therapy sessions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy services, preferably with elementary-aged populations.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of 50-60 students.

Work Schedule and Environment:
