A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract opportunity is available in Napoleonville, Louisiana, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with a focus on high school. This role is well-suited for SLP professionals holding a current Louisiana SLP license and teaching certification.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech and language services to approximately 50 students across K-12, primarily at the high school level
• Utilizing telespeech methods as appropriate to enhance student support
• Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring and documenting student progress to meet therapeutic goals

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current teaching certification in speech pathology applicable within the school system
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably with a focus on high school students
• Proficiency in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery methods
• Strong understanding of educational speech therapy protocols and documentation requirements
