Teletherapy Speech Therapy in CT
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at a school located in Newtown, CT, starting as soon as possible through the end of the school year. This onsite role focuses on supporting 5th and 6th grade students with speech and language needs.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy services to meet student goals. Presenting clinical fellowships (CFs) will also be part of the role, offering guidance and supervision to clinical fellows on the caseload.
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility to work as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or experience with clinical fellows
- Experience in school-based speech therapy settings
- Strong telepractice capabilities in speech-language pathology preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
