About the Position
Were looking for a caring and knowledgeable Speech-Language Pathologist to support K12 students across Virginia through virtual services. This fully remote role gives you the flexibility to work from home while helping students build their communication skills and thrive academically.

Your Role

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify student needs

  • Develop individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals

  • Lead engaging, interactive speech therapy sessions online

  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to ensure student success

  • Stay in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including FERPA and HIPAA

What Were Looking For

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

  • Current Virginia SLP license

  • Minimum of two years working with school-aged children (teletherapy experience is a plus)

  • Confident using technology and virtual platforms; reliable internet and computer required

  • Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
