Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oregon (Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to preschool-aged students across Oregon. This role focuses on supporting children ages 35 with developmental speech and language needs, helping them build foundational communication skills that support readiness for kindergarten. Youll collaborate closely with early childhood teams, families, and service coordinators in an engaging virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool students and contribute to eligibility decisions.

Develop and implement individualized goals within IFSPs/IEPs.

Provide direct and consultative therapy using interactive, play-based, and developmentally appropriate approaches.

Coach caregivers and collaborate with early intervention teams to support carryover in home and classroom settings.

Participate in virtual team meetings, progress reviews, and family conferences as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).

Experience working with early childhood populations (ages 35) is strongly preferred.

Comfortable delivering services in a virtual setting; tech proficiency required.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
