REMOTE Speech Language Pathologist in West Virginia Schools
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time, providing services to K12 students across West Virginia. In this role, you will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to support students communication and academic success.
Schedule & Hours:

Full-time, aligned with the school district calendar

Flexible daily schedule based on elementary, middle, and high school start times

Services may be delivered on-site, with potential for telepractice depending on district needs
Caseload:
-
Serving K12 students with a variety of speech and language needs
-
Caseload size varies depending on student needs and district assignments
-
Collaboration with other staff may be required for students with multiple disabilities
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
-
Conduct evaluations, contribute to IEP development, and provide progress updates

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress

Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet individual student needs

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district reporting requirements
Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active West Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA certification preferred, but not required

Experience working with K12 students preferred

Proficiency with telepractice platforms a plus

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
