About the Role:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic virtual education team serving school districts across Idaho. This fully remote position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on students' academic success through high-quality speech and language therapy.

Key Duties:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students

• Conduct initial assessments, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Write and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance with Idaho state guidelines

• Document services accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers in a virtual setting

Candidate Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Idaho SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• Minimum 2 years of school-based experience preferred

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable delivering services online
