Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Remote (serving Wisconsin school districts)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students across Wisconsin. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful difference in students' communication and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy services to K12 students with speech and language needs

• Complete virtual assessments and evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals

• Maintain consistent communication with teachers, parents, and school teams

• Document progress and attend IEP meetings as required

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin SLP license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA CCC preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of school-based or pediatric experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working with virtual platforms and managing remote caseloads
