Virtual Speech Therapy in LA

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in telespeech, teletherapy, and school-based services. This role supports elementary and intermediate schools located in Winnfield, LA, providing comprehensive speech-language services to students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload averaging 50-60 students
• Utilizing teletherapy techniques to provide remote speech services effectively
• Collaborating with school staff to integrate speech goals into the classroom environment
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
• Assisting students during therapy sessions with support from an on-site facilitator responsible for student transportation to and from the speech room

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC
• Experience with teletherapy and telespeech service delivery
• Proven ability to manage a sizable caseload while delivering quality care
• Familiarity with school-based speech therapy, especially within elementary and intermediate education levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills
