Audiologist Online School Audiologist - MN

A contract position is available for an Educational Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within the Minnesota school system, supporting multiple districts. The role involves providing audiological services to students across 13 distinct districts, serving approximately 113 students. This opportunity runs from September 1st to October 14th, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Develop individualized plans to support students with hearing impairments.
• Collaborate with district staff and families to enhance student auditory health and communication skills.
• Document and report findings adhering to educational and medical guidelines.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of contract audiology candidates as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
• Licensure or certification to practice Audiology in Minnesota.
• Experience in educational or school-based audiology services.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and remote service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff.

Location:

• Work will be conducted in North Branch, Minnesota, servicing multiple school districts remotely and on-site as necessary.
