Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Altamont, Tennessee
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a part-time position in Altamont, TN. This contract role requires availability for 14 hours over 2 days per week, from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027. The opportunity involves supporting special education programs through behavioral expertise and supervisory responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting observations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed
- Supervising and guiding special education teachers pursuing emergency certification to conduct FBAs
- Providing supplemental behavioral support to enhance student outcomes
- Collaborating with school staff to implement effective behavior strategies
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in educational settings, preferably providing telehealth behavioral services
- Strong skills in performing FBAs and creating BIPs
- Ability to oversee and mentor staff in implementing behavioral assessments and interventions
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage time efficiently
