Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Blue Ridge, GA
A position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide dedicated supervision and support to a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a school environment. This opportunity offers a flexible workload, averaging about 5 hours per month, suitable for professionals seeking supplemental work or a part-time commitment. The role combines telehealth and in-person engagement in a hybrid model based in Blue Ridge, GA.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering supervision equating to approximately 5% of direct service hours.
- Conducting at least two face-to-face, real-time supervision sessions monthly.
- Completing one direct observation monthly to assess the RBTs interaction with students.
- Facilitating a minimum of one individual supervision session per month focused exclusively on the RBT.
- Ensuring all supervision documentation aligns with BACB compliance standards.
- Collaborating effectively with school personnel and therapy providers as needed.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Completion of BACB-approved training specific to RBT supervision.
- Previous experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
- Comfort and proficiency with delivering supervision via both telehealth platforms and in-person sessions.
This position is contract-based, with a start time ASAP through the 2026-2027 school year. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
