Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Mariposa, California

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support services in a school setting. This contract position requires telehealth delivery of services with occasional in-person attendance at meetings. The role is based in Mariposa, CA, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct telehealth services and consultation to students, families, and school personnel
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required to discuss behavioral goals and updates

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Ability to deliver services both remotely and attend scheduled meetings in person
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
