Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Melbourne, Arkansas
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for a school district near the northeast of a national forest area in Melbourne, Arkansas. This assignment involves working with a caseload of 6 to 10 K-12 students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder who require ABA interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism through telehealth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with professional standards.
- Support and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as part of service delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience providing ABA therapy, preferably within school settings.
- Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week, based on caseload needs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate remotely with educational teams and families.
- Comfort working in a rural setting with limited onsite presence.
