Remote BCBA in Oxford, AR

Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism in a school setting located near Oxford, AR, northeast of Ozark National Forest. This contract position involves a caseload of approximately 6-10 students from kindergarten through 12th grade requiring ABA therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled ABA therapy focused on improving behavior and social skills.
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborating with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Monitoring and documenting student performance and therapy outcomes.
• Maintaining compliance with state and ethical guidelines related to ABA practice.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with children with Autism in educational environments.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and intervention techniques.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 6-10 students with various needs.
• Flexibility regarding work hours, estimated at about 10 hours per week, determined based on caseload demands.
