Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Oxford, Arkansas
A Behavioral Analyst opportunity is available to support K-12 students with Autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a school setting near the Ozark National Forest in Arkansas. This contract position involves providing essential ABA services to a caseload of approximately 6-10 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy tailored to the educational and developmental needs of students with Autism.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection related to student progress.
- Support a caseload averaging around 10 hours per week, with specific schedules to be determined.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- Experience working with K-12 students diagnosed with Autism and implementing ABA therapy.
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a school environment and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of a rural school district.
Location:
- The assignment is based in Oxford, Arkansas, in a remote district northeast of the Ozark National Forest.
