Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Thomasville, AL
A specialized opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a school setting via telehealth. This role involves working with a caseload of 25 to 30 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade who require Tier 3 intervention services. The position is structured as a contract with responsibilities focused on delivering individualized behavior analysis and intervention plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments for students identified with intensive behavioral needs.
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting plans to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborating remotely with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student development.
- Providing training and guidance for staff involved in delivering behavior interventions.
Desired qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential with current certification.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
