Remote BCBA - Indiana

This contract position seeks an experienced Behavior Specialist skilled in telehealth service delivery within a school setting. The role involves working remotely with students to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans that support positive outcomes and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide telehealth-based consultations and support to students, educators, and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data and collaborative feedback.
• Deliver training and coaching for school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Document all interactions, interventions, and progress thoroughly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Certification or license in behavior analysis or related field.
• Proven experience providing behavior specialist services in educational environments.
• Strong understanding of telehealth platforms, privacy standards, and effective remote communication.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and school personnel.
