Virtual School Counselor | Arizona

This role involves delivering telehealth counseling services to students, focusing on one-on-one support to address individual needs. The position is contract-based with a commitment of approximately three hours per month, providing flexibility for professionals skilled in school counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling services via telehealth to two students.
• Develop and implement individualized counseling plans tailored to student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust counseling approaches accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff as needed to support student well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid counseling certification or license suitable for school counseling.
• Experience in telehealth counseling within educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to youth.
