Virtual School Counselor | Pennsylvania

A telehealth counseling position is available to support the mental health and well-being of students within a school setting. This role emphasizes providing remote counseling services, offering vital assistance and guidance to students who may face academic, social, or emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions through telehealth platforms.
• Assess students needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student development and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals as necessary.
• Promote students' emotional well-being and resilience through evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Counselor or relevant mental health professional credential.
• Experience with telehealth counseling modalities, especially within educational environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to youth.
