Remote Occupational Therapist in CA

A position is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist specialized in school-based services, delivering support through telehealth platforms. This role requires providing occupational therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade using teletherapy methods within a school setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual occupational therapy sessions tailored to the developmental and educational needs of K-12 students.
• Collaborating with educational staff to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Documenting therapy progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participating in team meetings remotely to discuss student progress and therapy strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience in providing telehealth or teletherapy occupational therapy services.
• Knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote framework.

Schedule and Location:

• Contract position based in California.
• 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Services are delivered remotely, supporting students within the state's school system.
