Virtual Occupational Therapist - Texas

This opportunity involves providing occupational therapy services primarily through telehealth and teletherapy within a school setting in Coupland, TX. The role supports early education through 7th-grade students, focusing on delivering evaluations, therapy services, and progress updates to ensure appropriate interventions and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and accurately document findings in Frontline.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth and teletherapy platforms.
• Update student progress reports regularly in Frontline.
• Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as needed to discuss student goals and accommodations.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and professionals to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Experience working in school-based occupational therapy services, preferably involving telehealth or teletherapy.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10 students ranging from early education to 7th grade.
• Proficient with Frontline or similar documentation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration.
