Teletherapy Occupational Therapy | California

A contract position is available for an occupational therapist with expertise in school-based services, including telehealth. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade, providing therapeutic interventions that enhance their educational experience.

Location:

• Elk Grove, California

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students within a school setting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions when necessary.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of California.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in school environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, five days a week.
