Occupational Therapy Remote | New Mexico

Two Occupational Therapists are needed to support student health and development during the 2026-2027 school year in Hobbs, NM. This full-time, contract position involves providing specialized occupational therapy services within a school setting, focusing on telehealth, home health, and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students with diverse needs
• Collaborating with educators and families to develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions as needed
• Conducting home health visits to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports according to school guidelines
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to individualized education program (IEP) development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with credentials suitable for school-based practice
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in school, telehealth, home health, or healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and school personnel
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adhere to school schedules
• Knowledge of pediatric developmental disorders and therapeutic techniques
• Flexibility to adapt services between telehealth, home, and school environments as required
