Remote Occupational Therapist in DE

Occupational therapy services are needed to support school-based telehealth and in-person programs in New Castle, Delaware. The role involves providing comprehensive OT duties for school-age children within a well-established school district.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services aligned with individual student needs via telehealth and on-site visits.
• Collaborating with educational staff and families to support students developmental and functional goals.
• Adhering to district policies and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Participating in scheduled interviews and discussions with the director to tailor services effectively.

Qualifications and experience:

• Current Delaware occupational therapy license is required.
• Experience in school-based OT services, including telehealth delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and various disabilities.
• Flexibility to interview on short notice as scheduled by the director.
• Willingness to comply with sick leave policies.

Location and schedule:

• Position based in New Castle, DE, within approximately one hour of Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
• Contract assignment with hours and start date to be determined.
