Virtual Occupational Therapist - KS

A full-time opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy services from March 11th through May 20th. This contract position supports students across kindergarten through 12th grade, providing essential therapeutic interventions to enhance daily school performance and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth and in-person sessions within the school setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 67 students, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement therapy goals aligned with academic requirements.
• Conduct assessments, document student progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills necessary for academic success.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school environments.
• Competence in utilizing telehealth platforms for service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage large caseloads efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, families, and school personnel.
