An opportunity for an Occupational Therapist skilled in telehealth and school-based practices is available for a contract position in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on delivering occupational therapy services through teletherapy within a school setting, supporting students development and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with families, educators, and other professionals to support student needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy.
