Per Diem Occupational Therapy Remote | Arizona

A per diem Occupational Therapist skilled in telehealth and teletherapy is sought for a small school district in Pinetop, AZ. This role provides therapy services remotely, supporting students developmental and educational goals as part of a flexible, on-call schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Occupational Therapy services via telehealth platforms to school-aged children
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Documenting therapy sessions and completing required reports in compliance with school policies
• Communicating effectively with school staff, parents, and allied professionals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with telehealth experience
• Familiarity with school-based OT practices and the education environment
• Ability to manage caseloads independently, with caseload numbers to be provided closer to assignment start
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work per diem with a flexible schedule based on district needs

• Services will be provided remotely to students in Pinetop, AZ with occasional coordination onsite if required.
