Remote Physical Therapist in WV

A physical therapy professional opportunity is available in Charles Town, WV, providing onsite services within a school setting on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in delivering physical therapy through telehealth, healthcare, and school environments, supporting students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct physical therapy services to approximately 20 students across various grade levels.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and preparing detailed reports.
• Attending and participating in all relevant meetings regarding student progress.
• Supervising a physical therapy assistant (PTA) across multiple schools and grade levels.

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Valid West Virginia License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficiency in telehealth physical therapy methods.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation.
• Experience in educational or pediatric physical therapy settings is preferred.

This position offers 37.5 hours per week with a scope that combines clinical expertise and supervisory responsibilities within an academic environment.
