A per diem Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Dixons Mills, AL, providing telehealth and in-person PT services within a school setting. This role supports two students, one in pre-kindergarten and one in high school, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to enhance student mobility and functional capabilities.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services both via telehealth and on-site in the school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support the students overall development.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in school-based therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups, specifically pre-kindergarten and high school students.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work PRN (as needed) on a per diem basis.
