Online Physical Therapist | Florida

This contract position involves providing physical therapy services through telehealth and in-school settings across multiple charter schools in Florida. The role requires delivering targeted therapy sessions at various school locations, with a flexible schedule accommodating brief weekly or monthly visits.

Locations and Time Commitments:

• Bonita Springs Charter School, Lee County: 1 hour per week
• Duval Charter School at Flagler Center, St. Augustine: 20 minutes per week
• Duval Charter Schools at Westside, St. Augustine: 60 minutes per week
• Creekside Charter: 30 minutes per week
• G Star School of the Arts, Palm Beach: 30 minutes per month
• Renaissance Charter at West Palm: 30 minutes per week
• Renaissance Charter at Tradition, Port St. Lucie: 30 minutes per week

Start Date: August 10th

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services via telehealth and onsite school visits.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance the therapy process.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing standards; candidates must be credentialed with VOCO and closed in the low 40s.

Qualifications:

• Licensed physical therapist with experience in school-based and telehealth therapy.
• Credentialed to practice through VOCO, with necessary clearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple school visit schedules efficiently.
• Commitment to student-centered therapeutic interventions.
