Remote School Physical Therapist - MN

A part-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in Telehealth and school-based services, located in Hovland, MN. This contract position involves providing therapy services within an educational setting, focusing on supporting student health and functional mobility through both in-person and telehealth modalities.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering physical therapy interventions for school-aged children, collaborating with educators and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
