Remote School Physical Therapist - Idaho

Seeking a Physical Therapist with expertise in telehealth and school-based services to provide support within an educational setting located in Kuna, ID. This contract role focuses on delivering high-quality physical therapy to students, ensuring their needs are met through both in-person and remote care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for students
• Providing therapeutic interventions to improve physical function and mobility
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver effective and accessible care remotely
• Monitoring and documenting student progress in compliance with applicable regulations and school policies
• Maintaining confidential and accurate records of services provided

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy licensure appropriate for the state of Idaho
• Demonstrated experience in school-based physical therapy settings
• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery and related technology
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while adhering to deadlines and documentation standards
• Knowledge of IDEA and relevant special education regulations is preferred
