A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist providing telehealth services within a K-12 school setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy sessions with students via telehealth, addressing individual mobility and functional needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support student progress and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy goals within the academic environment
• Complete necessary documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulations
