A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist with telehealth and school-based experience located in Lexington, TX. This role involves providing therapy services within a school setting, supporting students aged 3 to 21.

Position Details:

• Contract duration: August 10, 2026, to May 27, 2027
• Part-time hours: 3-4 hours per week
• Schedule: 1-2 days per week
• Caseload: 8 students ranging from 3 to 21 years old

Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services aligned with educational goals, managing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with school policies. Given the absence of an onsite Physical Therapy supervisor, the role may require providing supervisory oversight.
