Per Diem Remote School Physical Therapist - Alabama

A per diem Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Pine Hill, AL, providing telehealth and in-school therapy services. This role involves delivering specialized physical therapy support to two studentsone in pre-kindergarten and one in high school. Support is provided on a PRN basis, allowing for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person at the school setting.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
• Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support students physical development within the school environment.
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric and school-based therapy.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with students across a range of developmental stages.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate care with school staff and families.
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
