Remote Physical Therapist in IN

A part-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based services. This role involves delivering therapeutic support across multiple educational settings, providing essential care and intervention for a diverse student population.

Location: Portland, Indiana
Schedule: 2-3 days per week
Caseload: Approximately 20-25 students
Service Sites: 6 buildings within the district
Support: Onsite Physical Therapist Assistant available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Deliver telehealth services as part of the therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success and well-being.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with relevant experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 20-25 students effectively across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and school staff.
• Reliable transportation for travel between service sites.
