Remote Physical Therapist in CO

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available for a contract position covering maternity leave from July 27, 2026, through October 30, 2026. This role focuses on providing telehealth and on-site physical therapy services within a school setting in Pueblo, CO.

Work schedule includes Monday through Thursday during the school week, with 32-36 hours weekly. Daily hours start at 7:15 a.m. and end at 3:45 p.m. This role requires an active Physical Therapist license to ensure compliance with state regulations and effective therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records according to professional standards.
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Current, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
