A position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based settings, providing support for two studentsa pre-kindergarten and a high school student. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to deliver therapy services within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions via telehealth and in-person to students in a school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate the developmental levels of pre-kindergarten and high school students.
