Extended School Year (ESY) Health Remote School RN | Massachusetts

A contract position is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) with telehealth expertise and certification as a School Nurse (CSN) to support Extended School Year (ESY) health services. This role is based in Brockton, MA, providing vital health care in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver telehealth nursing services to students during the Extended School Year program.
• Perform health assessments, manage chronic conditions, and provide emergency care as needed.
• Collaborate with education staff to develop and implement individualized health plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with state regulations.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
• Certification as a School Nurse (CSN).
