Online School Psychologist - AL

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services, focused on supporting K-3rd grade students. This role requires conducting evaluations and re-evaluations to assist in the development of educational and behavioral support plans. Services will be delivered remotely, allowing for flexible, PRN engagement as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering psychological evaluations for students in kindergarten through 3rd grade
• Performing re-evaluations to track student progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborating with educational staff to interpret results and recommend appropriate interventions
• Documenting assessments and adhering to confidentiality standards
• Providing telehealth services in compliance with established guidelines and protocols

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with early elementary school populations (K-3rd grade)
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location: Birmingham, AL
Contract timeframe: August 10 through May 21
Schedule: PRN, as needed basis
