A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services. This role focuses on delivering psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation to students in a virtual school setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Offering individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Participating in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contributing to development of supportive educational goals.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a school psychologist.
- Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred.
- Strong knowledge of educational psychology, child development, and special education law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and families remotely.
- Ability to use virtual platforms efficiently for assessments and counseling.
Location: Boise, ID (Telehealth work performed remotely with occasional onsite visits as required.)
