Remote School Psychologist | Montana
Support educational environments by delivering comprehensive psychological services via telehealth for K-12 students. This full-time contract position is based in Fromberg, MT, offering an opportunity to work with a broad caseload that includes both academic evaluations and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, including 50-60 re-evaluations and initial evaluations annually
- Provide counseling support to approximately 12 students with diverse emotional and behavioral needs
- Administer academic testing to evaluate student learning needs and progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Support students with low life skills and those in self-contained classrooms
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Montana Psychologist License required
- Proven experience in academic and psychological testing within school settings
- Skilled in working with a wide range of disabilities, particularly low life skills populations
- Strong counseling skills tailored to school-aged children and adolescents
- Ability to effectively utilize telehealth platforms to deliver psychological services
Location: Fromberg, Montana
Contract Term: August through End of School Year (EOSY)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
