Remote School Psychologist | Maryland
A contract position is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services, working with early childhood populations. This role focuses on the Child Find Program, serving children aged 3 to 5 years. The position is part time, requiring 10 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth psychological assessments and support for young children within the Child Find Program
- Collaborate with families and educational staff to identify developmental needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide recommendations to support child development
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with program guidelines
- Participate in relevant meetings and trainings as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed School Psychologist or equivalent credentials to practice in Maryland
- Experience conducting assessments and consultations with preschool-aged children
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with children, families, and educators
- Knowledge of early childhood development and special education regulations
Location: Work will be performed remotely, servicing the Hyattsville, MD area.
This part-time contract offers an opportunity to contribute to early identification and intervention efforts through telehealth services.
