Teletherapy School Psychologist in MT
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities focus on conducting academic testing, handling evaluations and re-evaluations (approximately 50-60 annually), and providing counseling for 12 students. Experience with low life skills and self-contained students is highly valued in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations to assess students academic and psychological needs
- Administer academic testing and interpret results
- Provide counseling support for students requiring psychological services
- Work with students with a variety of disabilities, including those in low life skills/self-contained settings
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized plans
Qualifications:
- Valid Montana Psychologist License required
- Proven experience in school psychology, especially with academic testing and counseling
- Familiarity with telehealth services in a school setting is beneficial
- Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students effectively
Location:
- Position based in Joliet, Montana
Contract Details:
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract runs from August through the end of the school year
