School Psychologist Teletherapy - Montana
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Laurel, MT. The role is contract-based and focuses on supporting approximately 260 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations, managing a caseload of 50-60 assessments annually.
- Deliver counseling services to approximately 12 students requiring psychological support.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Provide telehealth services as part of the psychological support offerings.
- Participate in meetings regarding student progress and Special Education compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Montana Psychologist License required.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing counseling services.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with telehealth protocols in psychological services.
Work Schedule and Duration:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
- Contract term from August through the end of the school year (EOSY).
