Remote School Psychologist | Nevada
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This role focuses on providing psychological support and assessments to students remotely, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver effective and timely interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments virtually
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing telehealth counseling and crisis intervention services
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to meet their evolving needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with relevant regulations and confidentiality standards
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth platforms
- Strong knowledge of child development, educational psychology, and special education law
